WHEN, WHERE & HOW YOU CAN VOTE

Election Day is Tuesday, November 7 but you can voter early in person now through Monday, November 6!

  • Vote Early In Person

    You can also vote early in person now through Monday, November 6 at the Minneapolis Early Vote Center (980 E Hennepin Ave

    Minneapolis, MN 55414) with extended hours and locations beginning on October 23.

  • Vote In Person on Election Day

    You can cast your ballot on Election Day, Tuesday November 7, from 7:00 AM- 8:00 PM. 


    To find your polling location and any other information that you need to vote in person on Election Day, visit https://vote.minneapolismn.gov/voters/where-to-vote/.

As a reminder, you can register same day using any of the above methods including voting early by mail if this is your first time voting or you have recently moved.

RANK CHOICE VOTING (RCV)

Minneapolis voters have the option of selecting or “ranking” your first, second, and third choice candidates for City Council.
